The Crossings will be made up of a distinctive blend of 43 single level and two story new homes.  The Village homes are set on easy care lots along the interior hub of The Crossings, surrounding the community green belt. The Parkside homes reside on the spacious perimeter lots with large yards and include fifteen single level homes.

With six floor plans that range from 1,962 to 3,344 square feet, each home at The Crossings offers a unique combination of charm and gracious livability.  All homes are offered with generous standard amenities, along with a selection of custom options and upgrades.  Fifteen of these homes also offer private attached guest units as a standard feature.

Construction Update

We appreciate your interest in The Crossings at Browns Valley.

Construction of the models began in late August, 2010. As the models near completion, now expected to be 1st Quarter, 2011, we will begin to take purchase reservations. At that time we will provide projected price ranges and completion dates.

Once a construction schedule is determined, prospective buyers will be invited in to confirm their reservation and complete a pre-approval application with our preferred lender. Presuming there are a sufficient number of firm reservations, we will then prepare and execute purchase contracts.

In light of the slowed housing market of the last several years, we are taking a cautious approach to scheduling. We don’t want to initiate new home construction until we are confident that we will be able to build out the development within a reasonable timeframe. This approach minimizes the impact of on-going construction upon our new residents and our neighbors.

Wells Fargo Selected as Preferred Lender

We are pleased to announce that Wells Fargo has been selected as our preferred lender.

We will ask all buyers requiring a mortgage to complete an application with Wells Fargo. Buyers are free however, to utilize any lender to complete their purchase.

We chose Wells Fargo because they offer a wide variety of loan programs at extremely competitive rates. Laura Miller,an experienced mortgage loan officer, will be the Wells Fargo representative workin directly with The Crossings at Browns Valley.
