The Village homes are set on easy care lots along the interior hub of The Crossings, surrounding the community green belt. The Parkside homes reside on the spacious perimeter lots with large yards and include fifteen single level homes.
With six floor plans that range from 1,962 to 3,344 square feet, each home at The Crossings offers a unique combination of charm and gracious livability. Construction Update
We have completed construction of the infrastructure for the Crossings at Browns Valley. Normally, we would now commence construction of model homes and the first production units. We have decided, however, to delay this next phase of development. While home sales in Napa continue to improve, the economic picture in other parts of the region and the nation is less certain.
We believe it is wiser to initiate sales and construction at a time when we can be more certain of the continuity of the community development. This is better for our future homeowners, our neighbors, our contractors and our company.
We have invested considerable time and resources in The Crossings at Browns Valley and are anxious to continue construction as soon as it makes economic sense. We will re-evaluate conditions in the first quarter of 2009 and at that time update you on our plans.
